The part of my work that I find most enjoyable is providing solutions for my clients. I also enjoy meeting new clients and learning the details about their unique financial situations.

I have been in the financial accounting industry for over twenty-four years. My business, KNN Financial, provides bookkeeping, accounting and income tax services to individuals, small businesses and large corporations.

There is no typical workday for me. Every day presents me with new and exciting challenges. My responsibilities include providing quality accounting advice and tax preparation that help my clients get the most from their returns. I work an average of eight to ten hours per day.

The most important decisions I regularly face are prioritizing my workload. Completing my client's tasks on time is of utmost importance to me. The most satisfying moment of my job is when I finish tasks on time, with the best possible outcome for them.

I attribute my success to putting my clients’ needs and interests first. I take full responsibility for providing them with the most knowledgeable and well-thought-out advice. I respond to their questions in a timely manner and treat every client with respect. This superior level of service keeps clients returning to our firm and recommending us to their colleagues, family and friends.

Outside of work, I enjoy working out at the gym and travelling. I support several non-profit organizations and causes through financial support and volunteering my time.

Responsibility is a personal value that I bring to my work and personal life every day. I believe I can offer my best to my clients and those around me by always taking responsibility for my actions and work.
